To Whom It May Concern
I should have written this months ago.  I didn't because, I guess, it did
not have the fairy tale ending that both Gregg and I expected.  This past
spring I lost my brand new (anniversary present) diamond ring in my
Chrysler mini van.  I was in the back seat fiddling with it when it slipped
off my finger, bounced on the floor and disappeared.  We stopped the car
and started searching, assuming it had bounced into the bottom mechanism of
the seat in front of me.  We could not find it.  After searching the car
numerous times, and removing as much as we could, we gave up.  A friend of
mine suggested that I contact Gregg Caldwell.  Gregg took EVERYTHING out of
my car.  He spent hours removing all of the seats, the rugs, the covers to
the heater; he exposed every inch, where a small ring might hide; he even
used a laser optic to go into places we couldn't see. When we were done,
the car was reduced to the barren metal floor. With each piece removed or
uncovered, we were sure we were going to see a ring pop out.  But alas, we
didn't.   Gregg is still my "Knight in shining armor" - he worked happily,
jokingly and always with optimism. I think at the end he was as
disappointed as I was.  No one could have put as much time and effort into
this endeavor as he did.  He would not take any payment for all of his
effort and time.  I may have lost my diamond ring but I found a diamond in
Gregg Caldwell. Thank you

PS   I am sorry it took me so long to write this.  You deserved a thank you
 a long time ago!
